Darkness seeks to consume me,
Light reaches to burn me,
Wind longs to topple me,
Stillness wants to agitate me,
Trees strive to grab me,
Cement fights to bash me,
Water trys to smother me,
Air wishes to strangle me,
Buildings persuade to intimidate me,
Land urges to defy me,
My door is as close to the outside as I come
Of fear that my precious life will be undone.
I sit uneasy tapping my fingers with a tick:
Life is an unbreakable prison when you're agoraphobic.
